(WZTV) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a Tennessee woman missing out of Murfreesboro. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) reported 26-year-old Karyn Grimsley has a medical condition that may impact her ability to return home safely without help. TBI reports Karyn was last seen wearing a pink T-shirts, leggings and black crocs in the area of Roscommon Drive.
