Madison County authorities are investigating the death of a Hazel Green woman that eventually led investigators in Tennessee to the scene of a murder/suicide involving her husband and two children.Investigators in both states are currently trying to piece together what happened. The Madison County Sheriff's Office said deputies conducting a welfare check on Chelle Mill Lane at about 11:15 p.m. Wednesday found the body of a woman inside the residence.She was identified as Jennifer Lepore, 43. Investigators have not yet determined a cause of death, nor how long she had been dead.
