This is the worst Enterprise location that I have ever been to. The customer service is garbage and the people who work at this location are incompetent at doing their job. When we went to pick up our rental we were quickly checked in, however we were then told to wait while they brought our van around. We sat and waited while 5 people were helped and given their cars before us. During this entire process, we could see the van and not a single person went to go get it. We ended up waiting 40 minutes from check in until the van was finally pulled around. Not a single apology from the staff for the delay. When we finally got our van, it wasn’t vacuumed, the lady helping us offered to have it cleaned quickly but all I wanted at that point was to leave! And don’t even try calling this location if you have a question because you will be put on hold for an infinite amount of time before ever speaking to a person. It took me numerous phone calls and being hung up on before I was able to reach someone! I will never be using this location again. I will be going to the Broad Enterprise location for all my rental needs.

It was a little confusing when we went there to pick up the vehicle. There was nothing that said we had to fill out paper work and emergency contacts when you pay with a debit card. We knew of the deposit but not all of everything else. In the end. The vehicle was good and we got to point A and B with out any issues.

Been here 15 minutes and not one person has helped me...looked at me and said nothing. Maybe I am invisible I guess. Once helped it was okay but it seemed like they cared more about socializing between themselves than helping out their customers. Ended up getting a vehicle with expired tags and when I shared this with the individual who helped me it was not a big deal. ****4/19/2018 - Update: contacted corporate liked instructed and nothing was done...shocker right.
